Market Research Strategies

The best way to really find out what consumers think of your product or service is to ask them! Focus groups allow you to retrieve invaluable information from the consumer's perspective. Information gathered in focus groups can be used to further develop concepts, and give you in-depth insight into what campaign strategies are more effective. We recently completed a focus group for our client Unitil, in which the client was able to watch the focus group through a two-way mirror.
