Creating Business Relationships

Our Client Ripano Stoneworks spent the weekend in Vegas! But this trip was all business as they attended the StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas 2014 Conference where they gained knowledge on the most innovative products in every category: machinery, tools, natural and engineered stone. Below our client is pictured with Tony Malisani, the president of the Marble Institute. Continuing education is always important for a company to maintain leadership and credibility in their field, but these conferences also offer the opportunity to create long-lasting business relationships with leading manufacturers and suppliers.

On Location with Sports Legends New England

On location today with Dante Scarnecchia. He owns the longest coaching tenure in Patriots history, just finishing his 30th season on the Patriots sidelines and is the longest current tenured NFL coach.

The Power of Customer Service

Now this is a corporate culture to be proud of! We recently read the new business best seller “Contagious: Why Things Catch On" by Jonah Berger. One of his stories showcased the power of customer service and how a Zappos employee took ownership of a customer complaint. Because the employee was empowered to solve the problem and went the extra mile to connect with the shopper, that complaint turned into a customer for life. Not only did we read this, but we lived the same treatment recently as you can see in the note pictured here. Are you empowering your employees to make lasting impressions on your customers? #zappos #takingownership

Continuing Education in Your Feild

Our Clients, like Master Roofers Inc. , are continuously enhancing their education and are always up to date on the latest developments, skills and new technologies in their field. It is this kind of dedication to knowledge and experience that makes a company successful and customers happy. Here they are in Orlando for the Certifiied Contractors Network Winter Conference.

Micro Sites

Our client Cold Springs RV is set up and getting revved up for the Boston RV & Camping Expo this weekend! We created a preview web site  www.bostoncampingshow.com . A micro site is a nice way to tease attendees before a show opens, and make sure they find their way to your space at a trade show.

On Location With Sports Legends New England

Q – Who was the Patriot center that snapped the ball, after the snowplow operator cleared a spot for kicker John Smith in the famous 1982 game? A – Pete Brock. On location today with this great New England Patriot Legend.
